Emotional Intelligence & Personality

So I took an emotional Intelligence test with some sort of connection to business performance and the Big 5 personality test. I got a screenshot of my results for both test, starting with the EI test. The testing scale is from 1-10, the larger the number then the more emotional intelligence I have in that section.

This part is long, but I thought it should go along with my EI test results (above):
Self-Awareness Description: The core of Emotional Intelligence is self-awareness. Self-awareness is comprised of three competencies; emotional self-awareness, where you are able to read and understand your emotions as well as recognize their impact on work performance and relationships; accurate self-assessment, where you are able to give a realistic evaluation of your strengths and limitations; and self-confidence, where you have a positive and strong sense of one’s self-worth. The starting point and key in these areas is the ability to be critically self-reflective.
Self-Management Description: Self-management is comprised of five competencies; Self-control, which is keeping disruptive emotions and impulses under control; transparency, which is maintaining standards of honesty and integrity, managing yourself and responsibilities; and adaptability, which is the flexibility in adapting to changing situations and overcoming obstacles; achievement orientation, which is the guiding drive to meet an internal standard of excellence; and initiative, which is the readiness to seize opportunities and act.
Social Awareness Description: Social Awareness is comprised of three competencies; empathy, which is understanding others and taking an active interest in their concerns; organizational awareness, which is the ability to read the currents of organizational life, build decision networks and navigate politics; and service orientation, which is recognizing and meeting customers needs. The adaptable, success-oriented type.
Relationship Management Description: The Social cluster of Relationship Management is comprised of seven competencies; visionary leadership, which is inspiring and guiding groups and individuals; developing others, which is the propensity to strengthen and support the abilities of others through feedback and guidance; influence, which is the ability to exercise a wide range of persuasive strategies with integrity, and also includes listening and sending clear, convincing and well-tuned messages; change catalyst, which is the proficiency in initiating new ideas and leading people in a new direction; conflict management, which is resolving disagreements and collaboratively developing resolutions; building bonds, which is building and maintaining relationships with others; and teamwork and collaboration, which is the promotion of cooperation and building of teams.
Wow. That's a lot of stuff to skip and not read.
Next up are my results from my Big 5 personality test! (Below)

Overall, I am surprised by my results. I understand that there is some sort of margin of error on these tests and I am not perfect so I could have not been as sincere when answering the questions to the tests. I still have faith that the tests are fairly accurate though and I will try to give reason to why I think they are mostly correct but why I am surprised.
First, I didn't expect to get such a low score in "Openness to Experience". I am definitely not the most creative person and I do enjoy practicality and simplicity, but I do think that I have an open-mind to many things and that I am creative at some times.
Second, just wow. I am probably very disorganized as far as space and item keeping goes but I absolutely believe I have a great work ethic. I am always on-time to work, I never call in sick, I give 110% to try to please customers, I sometimes over complicate projects because I want to go over and above what is expected of me, and I constantly ask for more responsibility from my manager. I could probably go on but these are the things that stick out in my head. I will admit that I never make plans further than a week in advance and I like have a flexible itinerary that allows me to have freedom with my free time. Though, I don't think that weighs as heavily as is represented by my low score in this area.
Third, I don't disagree with this area too much. I don't like parties, large family gatherings, crowded areas (this includes all kinds of things from trains to theme parks), I like when my family goes out of town and I don't have to talk to anyone if I don't want to and can keep my thoughts to myself, and other related things. On the flip side, when I am with my close friends or family I am very outgoing, I try to be a very friendly person, and I can be very fun when the mood strikes me.
Fourth, there isn't much to say about my score in "Agreeableness". I think that this one is pretty accurate.
Fifth, I also don't have much to say here because I also feel that this one is fairly accurate. I have been called an "Oak" by my dad who was quoting the movie, Tombstone, where Doc Holliday said to Wyatt Earp, "I stand corrected, Wyatt. You're an oak." I also experience times in which I worry excessively or am just "in a funk", as some would call it.
